You have 3 options available for download:

MSAS download from MamboForge - please use the online installer available here to ensure MamboForge stats support for Mambosolutions Projects and the latest release information and msas updates. If you were directed here from this online installer please use options 2 and/or 3.
The Installer form of MSAS - this is a Win32 installer that installs MSAS where you like, puts icons on desktop, creates an uninstaller, etc. Every thing a normal Windows Installer does.
The stand alone zip file version of MSAS - this you can just unzip anywhere and run MSAS. Ex: if you want to run on thumb drive or another removable drive - this is the version you want.

What is MSAS 4.5.2 ??

MSAS is a Windows local web server application with preinstalled Mambo 4.5.2, Apache, PHP, MySql and phpMyAdmin
